American Empire desk with Bookcase top circa 1840/50s, hand dovetailed upper case and drawers, hand cut nails in back, hand planed. Originally grained painted, but now refinished with a natural pine finish.

78 3/4" high x 40 1/2' wide x 24" deep closed, 29 3/8 writing surface height. As found from an estate.
