Antique 19th C. Art Nouveau Inlaid Flame Mahogany Secretary Drop Desk

  

I work with many carriers and shop the best rates for buyers. Beautiful movement patterns in this flame mahogany desk with a lovely center "medallion" and framed in a detailed trim. Much for the eyes to feast. Certainly shows bits of wear, which heightens its antique appeal.

The front drops and is sturdy. There were holes drilled in the interior bottom (seemingly) to accommodate plugs, cables, etc. Could be patched, add a piece of wood over the entire plane, or leave as is. It does not detract from function or aesthetic.
