From a New York City estate, we offer you this beautiful. Vintage 20th C Hepplewhite Style Slant Front Secretary Desk. Gorgeous inlay, on the body, drawers, interior and exterior, in combination of beautiful varieties of wood. Top of the secretary is a double door vitrine, with two adjustable shelves, plus the bottom, which makes it 3 levels of curio display.

Bottom of the secretary features three Hepplewhite Style inlaid drawers, placed below the mechanical slant front hinged door / lid. Lid is mechanical, as you pull it open it springs out a pair of supports (one on each end), to enable it for use as a writing surface.

Interior is fitted, drawers are done in gorgeous burled wood, nicely dovetailed, having a pair of oval bronze / brass pull handles. This comes in one solid piece, it is in overall good condition, solid construction, well used, showing moderate. Age / use wear, hence the discounted price s.
