Antique English Dark Oak Secretary Desk

  

This is a great antique secretary desk imported from England. The desk portion has a nicely fitted interior with a nicely fitted interior that has several cubbies and two small drawers.

There are four drawers under the desk portion. There is a working key that works the desk portion and three of the four drawers underneath.

The locks are all a little tight but the key does work except on the one drawer where the lock seems frozen. The drop down portion features two manually pull out stabilizing bars.

This piece definitely has some finish loss and scratching, especially on the interior of the desk portion and the drawers inside. There is a large scratch on one side. The top of the desk has some warping and one of the two pull out bars that stabilizes the desk portion is missing the pull.
