Antique Flip top Spinet Desk 1910s Secretary with Spindle Chair 50 wide Excellent

  

Dark Chocolate tone wood I believe this to be the original wood finish. Desk Overall: 50" wide / 33-1/4" height / 22 deep. Chair Overall: 17-3/8" wide / 36-1/2" height /. Chair's Seat: 17-3/8" wide / 17" height / 15 deep. Currently a bit Dusty but will be thoroughly cleaned prior sendoff.

This is a well loved piece with a moderate amount of wear. Some of the wear really just reveals a lovely reddish patina on the wood. The main long drawer has always been lined, underneath it just looks new and you can see the original color of the piece.

Glass in excellent condition, I do not believe it is original to the piece but a well thought of addition nonetheless. Please note there's minor scuffing most visible along some edges. The desk does not wobble or has any structural issues, chair is the same, light wear on the finish but structurally sound, no wobbly legs or spindles. Also left hand storage does show heavy scratches inside (shown in pictures) likely it was used to store something very heavy or with rough edges. Check out our feedback, we are reliable sellers.
