Being presented for sale is this fantastic American Empire Crotch Mahogany Secretary Desk with Gothic Influence and Gorgeous Original Knobs. This fine 19th century piece has its original wavy glass and hardware with all the locks intact and functional. This Empire desk early hand-cut dovetail joinery on the drawer ends and lovely crotch mahogany on the drawer fronts and doors and rests on four large bun feet. This secretary is solid and tight, the drawers open and close smoothly. This is a fabulous piece with a beautiful presence and that is very functional from the 19th century.

The piece is in exceptionally good condition however due to its age there is the typical wear and tear. Just contact me and we could work something out.
