Antique Mahogany Governor Winthrop Secretary Desk Circa 1940. An antique Governor Winthrop secretary offers mahogany construction with upper having broken arch crest with central flame finial over double door bookcase, seated on lower with drop down desk over serpentine case with four drawers and raised on cabriole legs terminating in carved claw and ball feet, c1940. Overall very good condition, tight and sturdy with minor scuffs as photographed. Wear consistent with age and use. Measures- 83''H x 36.5''W x 19.5''D.
