BEAUTIFUL ORNATE 1800's FRENCH SECRETARY DESK WITH GLASS BOOKCASE TOP WITH KEYS. It folds in half instead of rolling back. Has leather slide out desk. Has the glass bookcase top. Beautiful flame mahogany with ebony and brass inlay throughout.

Top has sliding brass locks (see pic) and adjustable shelves. Bottom has one shelf and sliding cast iron latch. (See Pic) Have key to both top and bottom doors. Has large , thick hand carved front legs with large brass castors. Looks like someone has put lights in the top of the cabinet around the early 1900s.

I can easily take this out or leave in. MEASUREMENTS: 46"L X 24"Deep and stands 63 tall. The top DOES NOT come off. But this piece is unique as it is not too big but not too small. The desk height is 29.
