Antique Secretary, Writing Desk, Solid Mahogany

  

ANTIQUE SECRETARY, WRITING DESK, SOLID MAHOGANY. Mostly solid mahogany but with some veneer on the sides. I know nothing of the provenance other than that. I have had it since 1968.

The exterior was refinished with Z-Spar Captain's Varnish in 1982. 34 inches at the widest. The upper portion rests directly on the desk and is not attached to it in any way. Lowerportion measures 32.5 inches wide, 29.5 inches tall, 21.5 inches deep.
