Carved Oak Bookcase on Secretary Desk with Drop Front & Wavy Glass. This is an extremely nice antique secretary bookcase. The bookcase and secretary are perfectly paired.

The top of the bookcase has a very nice arch over a single pane of wavy glass. The bookcase has four shelves. Each shelf measures 20 by 5 inches.

The door swings freely with a brass pull escutcheon and two hinges. The secretary drop front falls freely onto two pull out supports with brass knobs. The secretary has 9 individual storage slots. The total dimensions of the workspace is 28 by 22 inches. Below the workspace an additional three drawers are available for extra storage.

Each drawer features two brass pulls. All of this sits on four carved interlocking feet. 88 x 24 x 28.5 (front open) or 15 (front closed) inches. We truly believe that with antiques that once they are gone, they are gone forever.
