Danish Modern Mid Century Display Cabinet Bookcase with Secretary Desk 9547. This gorgeous Bookcase/Secretary Desk is made of wood, solid wood, solid teak, and teak veneer, and is in good condition. This brilliant Bookcase is made in the wonderfully charming and modern Danish style: it features a classic silhouette, highly interesting mid century details such as the lovely wooden handles on the drawers, and an exquisite teak finish to the wood. The Bookcase is in two parts: the secretary desk/cabinet sits on top of the bottom piece with drawers. The door on the front opens with a key (included) to reveal a highly useful secretary desk; the desk features a great assortment of small compartments for storage.

This piece offers excellent opportunities for storage with its four drawers, all of which are dovetailed, made of solid wood on the inside, and working properly. There were some professional touch-ups made to the legs, see pictures, however this does not detract from the great beauty or utility of the piece. There are some ink spots on the inside of the first drawer; if desired, we can place a clean piece of wood on the inside of the drawer for no additional charge. The condition of this Cabinet/Secretary is secure and sturdy, there are aging imperfections/scratches/touch ups here and there proper to its age and as part of its wear and tear, see pictures.
