Ethan Allen French Country Drop Front Ladies Writing Secretary Desk with Hutch

  
Beautiful Ethan Allen Country French Secretary Birch #26-9305, #26-9304 in #236 Fruitwood Finish. This vintage secretary features a desk base with drop lid, two drawers and cabriole legs. There are little cubbies and two small drawers inside the base. The top has two doors with the original antiqued bubble glass and two wood adjustable shelves with plate grooves. The two-piece secretary was manufactured in 1986.

The top measures 30.5" wide x 10" deep x 40" high and the desk base measures 32" wide x 18" deep x 40" high. Overall it is 80 high. The furniture is in excellent overall condition with the exception of some minor wear on the drop lid writing surface and some scratches low on the feet. There are also some small scratches underneath where the two pieces sit on each other, not visible as a set.

Graceful curves, and Country French design motifs offer a romantic "old world" feeling. Featuring carved detail and light proportions with an artistic, romantic character.
