Mahogany w pencil SATINWOOD/BIRCH inlays dating... (PAPER insert in the drawer is original to this piece for provenance). 2 door Top with FLAT front DOORS W / INLAYS.

3 graduated dovetailed drawers w/ inlays over a shaped skirt bottom. HAND-PLANNED BOTTOM ON ALL THE DRAWERS.

8 Tombstone fluted interior side cubbyholes w / a larger Center cubby. Fall down desk WITH new felt interior writing surface.

40 inches wide-22 inches deep-47 1/2 inches high set on solid mahogany Sheraton legs. Writing surface is 37 ½ inches high. ALL ORIGINAL W/ Replaced Period Hardware drawer(1910's) pulls...

AND IN VERY GOOD NEAR ORIGINAL FINISH CONDITION. NO BREAKS OR REPAIRS IN ANY LEG. THIS FINE AMERICAN PIECE HAS BEEN IN A PERSONAL STORAGE FACILITY FOR THE PAST 65 YEARS.
