A Chippendale style secretary desk by Jasper Cabinet Company. Solid cherry, brass hardware, pediment top with fretwork, slant front and carved bracket feet. Upper cabinet features two adjustable glass shelves behind dual locking glass doors with fretwork and is lighted. Bottom features lockable drop front desk top which rests on pull out side drawers and conceals four small drawers, cubbies, center cabinet with door and hidden pull out compartments. Beneath desk are five dovetail drawers with center top being lockable. Made in the USA, in the late 20th Century. 36.5w 19d 84h, Desk Open: 30d, Knee Clearance: 27.75h. Outstanding condition with signs of very light use. Doors, drawers, and lights function properly.
