Vintage Secretary Desk Sligh Desk Sligh Lowry Desk Leather Top with Bookshelves

  

Signed "Sligh Lowry" inside drawer. Pullout inlaid Leather Writing Surface. Leather is a distressed Medium Green color, bordered in Gold Embossing as well as a Black detail.

Retains it's original Finish, a semi-transparent stain (a cream tone with a hint of green)...... The woods grain is visible through the stain....... Also has speckled distressing throughout. 2 larger drawers in lower section.

2 smaller drawers w/ pigeon hole compartments on each side. Manufactured by Sligh - Lowry in the 1950's or 1960's.

Has all of it's original Solid Brass knobs + Pulls. Has nick's and scuffs to be expected due to its age but is overall in good condition. Legs are very solid + secure. The desk appears unmolested and original. Comes from an elderly ladies estate, a Non- smoking home.
