Vintage Maddox Secretary Desk Chippendale Bookcase Mahogany Wood Ball & Claw Feet OX Maddox Colonial Reproductions Jamestown, N. Dimensions: 79" Tall x 31" Wide x 16 Deep. If you're looking for a traditional secretary desk w/ lots of vintage charm - this is is! This original Maddox secretary desk has a classic tall silhouette design w/ removable finial on top & 2 section body made of solid mahogany wood & mahogany veneer details, brass/brass finish hardware & solid wood ball claw feet. The top section has a 3 tier bookcase/bookshelf/shelving unit w/ 2 glass & detailed wood trim doors.

The bottom section has a drop down desk w/ 4 pullout storage drawers, 2 HIDDEN "book style" pullout drawers for hidden treasures! & 3 bottom dovetail pullout drawers. The top & bottom can be separated if preferred. Desk is in great vintage condition, comes from original owner, solid and sturdy, shows some minor signs of age appropriate wear such as some scuffs and scratches to wood nothing too crazy, It no longer has the original key but does not affect it from opening and closing securely, clean, smoke and animal free - SEE PICTURES.
